    Description

    This Door Planer version of the popular GuideMatic attachment for Dremel type
    rotary tool has
    been designed to plane the edges of most wood or wood composite doors up to 1-1/2 " thick.
    The cutter is 1/4 inch diameter high speed steel mounted to an adapter
    and is threaded on to the shaft of the Dremel or similar style tool.
    A high speed ball bearing is installed in housing to support cutter.
    The depth of cut is approximately 1/64 inch per pass.
    The cutter is well shielded and difficult to damage or break.
    Knob for extra stability.
    Exhaust port directs shavings away from operator.
    Round disc is removeable via the three screws, so user can plane up to a perpendicular surface.
    INSTALLATION:
    Follow all safety rules contained in power tool instructions.
    Unplug power tool from power source and move switch to "off" position.
    Remove housing cap, collet nut, and collet of users tool.
    While engaging the power tool shaft lock, thread the cutter on to the shaft
    of users tool and tighten with a 3/8" wrench.
    Carefully align the cutter with the integral bearing within the planer housing
    and hand tighten to user power tool.
